Fringe Skirt
Inspiration
This piece reimagines traditional upholstery fringe, often shown on furniture, and brings it to the body, turning a domestic detail into a statement of craftsmanship and presence.
Garment
A high waisted calf-length pencil skirt in unbleached stretch cotton canvas, sculpted through the waist and hips. Six tiered fringe made from reclaimed cotton trimming creates texture and movement. An exposed gold zipper runs down center back to the hem, adding edge. Structured in hand but fluid on the body.
Care
Given the mixed materials, spot clean or gentle hand wash cold, lay flat to dry, steam lightly to refresh.

How we describe fit
Every dimension is placed on this line. The middle is the room the pattern intends; to the left is closer to your body than drafted, to the right is more room. Most of what falls off the middle is something the atelier would simply adjust.
