Policies

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through this website and the use of the site by any visitor or customer. By placing an order or accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Returns & Exchanges, Alterations, Shipping, Made‑to‑Order Production & Payment, Privacy, and Intellectual Property policies.

Terms of Sale

Orders & contract formation

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items in accordance with these Terms of Sale. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email and receive the required payment as specified at checkout or in your invoice.

Product information & availability

We aim to present product descriptions, sizing, and colors as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur due to hand craftsmanship, fabric characteristics, and screen settings. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders where stock is not available or an error is identified.

Pricing, currency & taxes

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment

You agree to pay the total amount indicated at checkout using one of the accepted payment methods. Payment terms for made‑to‑order pieces, including deposits, non‑refundable amounts, and timing of balance payments, are governed by our Made‑to‑Order Production & Payment policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Shipping, delivery & risk

Estimated delivery windows and carriers are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which should be reviewed before purchase. Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon collection, subject to full payment being received.

Returns, exchanges & alterations

Eligibility for returns, exchanges, and alterations — particularly for made‑to‑order garments — is governed exclusively by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Alterations Policy. These policies explain when defects, incorrect items, or fit issues may be remedied and the conditions that apply to any adjustments, store credits, or remake options.

Cancellations & order changes

Because production for made‑to‑order garments begins promptly, changes and cancellations are only accepted within the timeframe and conditions set out in our Made‑to‑Order Production & Payment and Returns & Exchanges policies. After production begins, orders are generally final and may not be canceled or altered without additional charges and extended timelines.

Website Terms of Use

Access & acceptable use

You may use this site only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with security features, or use automated systems (such as bots or scrapers) in a manner that could impair performance or compromise data.

Accounts & security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach so we can take appropriate steps.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, trademarks, and other content on the site are the exclusive intellectual property of the House and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Your use of the site does not grant any license to our intellectual property, and unauthorized copying, reproduction, or derivative use is strictly prohibited as set out in our Intellectual Property notice below.

Third‑party links & content

The site may contain links to third‑party websites or services provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third‑party sites, and access to them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, non‑infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability in connection with any purchase or use of the site is limited as described in these Terms and the applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any purchase made through it will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the House is established, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive or non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location, as specified in the detailed legal notice on the site.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or site functionality. The version posted on the site at the time of your order or visit will govern that transaction or use, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.

Made‑to‑Order Production & Payment

All garments are produced on a made‑to‑order basis specifically for each client; once an order is confirmed, a production slot is reserved and materials are allocated to your piece. Because of this custom process, orders are treated as final and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Production timeline

Production begins after your order details and payment are confirmed, and typically requires several weeks depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and studio workload. Communicated timelines are good‑faith estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as supplier or courier delays.

Payment terms

Payment is required to confirm your order and begin production; this may be a non‑refundable deposit or payment in full, as specified at checkout or in your invoice. All custom and made‑to‑order garments must be paid in full before they are shipped or collected, and ownership remains with the House until the balance is cleared.

Non‑refundable payments

Due to the personalized nature of made‑to‑order work, deposits and production payments are non‑refundable once production has started, and custom garments are generally non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.

Order changes

Any changes to design, fabric, measurements, or size must be requested before production begins; after work has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges and extended timelines.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and text featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of the House and/or its licensors. This includes, without limitation, garment designs, lookbook and campaign imagery, logos, brand names, editorial content, and any other creative materials displayed online or in associated digital communications.

You may view this content for personal, non‑commercial use only and may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the website without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property — including imitation of designs, unauthorized resale of imagery, or reproduction of text — may constitute infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing on this site grants, whether by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use our trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or copyrighted materials without express written permission from the House.
